Tyler made the move from Ontario to BC with his family, bringing both his tools and a strong work ethic with him. With over three years in the industry, he takes a careful, detail-oriented approach to every installation, making sure everything fits right and performs the way it should.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him at the motocross track or in the gym, but these days, most of his time is spent chasing after his energetic toddler. He’s also known for his easygoing nature, especially when there’s a dog around.
With a background in psychology and a childhood spent between the Philippines, Cambodia, and Canada, Shiloh brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every customer interaction. She’s great at listening, reading the situation, and making sure people feel understood, while also keeping the service side organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
Outside of work, she’s co-writing indie music with her drummer husband, wandering forest trails for inspiration, and spoiling her 11-year-old cat, Chuckie. She brings a mix of creativity, calm, and quiet precision that keeps everything moving without feeling hectic.
With 15 years in the trade, Justin knows commercial glazing inside and out. From his early days on install crews to leading full projects, he’s built deep expertise in aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems. He now oversees estimating, project management, and installation, keeping projects moving smoothly and making sure the details are handled properly from start to finish.
At this point, we’re pretty sure Justin knows storefronts so well he could build them in miniature after hours just for fun. He’s a steady leader, a sharp problem-solver, and someone both the team and clients count on to keep commercial projects on track.
With 17 years on the team, Rochelle has been part of the company from the very beginning, and it shows. She keeps everything running behind the scenes, from the books to the service department, and somehow manages to stay one step ahead of it all. There’s a running theory that she might actually be a human calculator.
Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys the finer things, a good glass of wine, time with her grandkids, and making the most of the moments that matter. She brings a steady presence, a sharp eye for detail, and just the right amount of personality to keep things fun around here.
With over a decade in the industry and a Red Seal in glazing, Kelcie is the guy you want when things get tricky. Complex storefront? Something not quite lining up? He’s all in. He’s known for taking on the jobs that make other people pause, and figuring out how to make them work cleanly and properly.
Outside of work, Kelcie’s always into something, new hobbies, new challenges, or just seeing what he can get into next. He’s hands-on, a bit adventurous, and strong enough that moving heavy glass doesn’t exactly slow him down.
With six years on the team, Josiah helps homeowners navigate window and door projects without the usual stress or confusion. He’s big on clear communication, walking people through their options, and making sure everyone knows what to expect before installation day, right down to the details.
Outside of work, Josiah is all about balance… or at least trying to be. He’s into fitness, but also has a serious appreciation for good food, so there’s usually a protein shake in one hand and a snack in the other.
Bryce Waugh is a Service Technician at Unger Window & Door, bringing five years of industry experience and a strong knack for problem solving. Whether it’s a stubborn window or a door that just won’t cooperate, Bryce has a way of figuring things out and getting everything working the way it should.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him relaxing with a cold beer and catching a game. He’s easygoing, quick to laugh, and not too concerned about perfecting his hair in the morning, which fits right in with the Unger crew.
With over 12 years of experience across residential and commercial projects, Evan brings a steady, detail-driven approach to every job. He knows his way around steel doors and hardware, and keeps projects moving with clear communication and a strong handle on the details.
Outside of work, Evan is a family guy through and through, and yes, he will still happily crush a pirate pack without hesitation. He’s also been informed that golf is part of the job, so he’s currently working on adding that to his skill set… we’ll let you know how that goes.
Courtenay is the energy behind the team culture, always finding ways to keep things fun, connected, and just a little bit unexpected. Whether it’s bringing people together or lightening the mood on a busy day, she has a knack for making work feel a lot less like… work.
With a background as a business credit analyst, she also brings a sharp financial mindset that helps keep everything on track behind the scenes. Outside of work, she’s all about family, animals, and finding her next adventure, and yes, she loves her kids… most days 😉
With over seven years in construction, Cam brings a sharp eye and steady hands to every install. He’s all about precision, making sure doors hang right, hardware lines up, and everything works exactly the way it should. If something’s even slightly off, he’s not leaving it that way.
Outside of work, Cam is a dedicated UFC fan who’s travelled across Canada to catch live fights. He appreciates things that are done right, whether it’s a perfectly timed finish in the octagon or a door that closes exactly the way it should every single time.
Graeme’s career started on a ladder with a caulking gun, and over the past 20+ years, he’s built a deep understanding of every part of the business. From residential replacement to commercial work, he’s been involved in it all, and it shows in how the company runs today.
He’s known for building strong systems, supporting the team, and yes, double-checking measurements just to be sure. Graeme leads with a steady hand, a practical mindset, and a genuine investment in doing things the right way, both on site and behind the scenes.
