We’ll bring back the screens we stored for you over the winter, check their condition, and reinstall them.

Check Exterior Sealant

We’ll inspect accessible exterior window and door sealant and complete minor maintenance touch-ups where appropriate.

We’ll point out visible repairs, replacement items, or other concerns that may need a closer look.

Small adjustments and minor maintenance are included where they fit the service. Larger repairs, specialty parts, full recaulking, water-infiltration work, and replacement products are quoted separately. Taxes are extra.
