They were very professional with the handling of the task.During the instalation we ran into a snag with some water damage to a wall. Unger had a contractor out the next day,  the repaires were done the following week. The last two windows were then intalled and the job complete.That is what I call great servive and the best part the company is local. He returned later the same week to carry out the job. He recognized my concern for a proper fix and he went all out! We agreed on a plan and he showed me the multiple means of protection used to prevent water coming in again. He was courteous, quick & transparent!
